On the afternoon of March 24th, Liu Yu, the chief counselor of Baocheng Primary School’s Young Pioneers gave a lecture about 《Young Pioneers’ Work Under The New Period》 to the teachers of Hanjiang Center School from Shishi, Fujian Province.

On the meeting, Ms.Liu first introduced our Young Pioneers’ work and exchanged experience on the importance of Young Pioneers’ organization, the orientation of Young Pioneers’ work, the responsibilities and mission of Young Pioneers’ counselors, the working style of Young Pioneers and the conventional organization construction of Young Pioneers. Meanwhile, she also gave us a detailed explanation about the characteristic culture of team activities, the position construction of Young Pioneers, the leadership construction of Young Pioneers, the group construction of counselors, as well as the regular activity forms and channels of Young Pioneers.

This communication activity vividly introduced our Young Pioneers’ work. It not only showed our leading and pioneering role as one of the first red scarf model schools in Guangdong Province but also reflected our high attention to Young Pioneers’ work which could surely bring some useful references to brother school.
