In the afternoon of May 12 , Bocheng Primary School held a safety drill of evacuation. At the same time, the school invited instructor Dong and fire fighters of Zhennan police station to make a guidance in order that safety awareness deeply rooted in all the teachers and students, and then security and response ability were improved.
At 4 o'clock, after the alarm sounded, the students quickly and orderly escaped from the classroom to the empty playground under the guidance of teachers, which lasted 2 minutes and 50 seconds. In the process, all the students put the drill seriously as they evacuate quickly with bending, covering their noses. It reflected the spirit of cooperation and mutual assistance. Finally, the instructor Dong of the Zhennan police station made a comment on the activities and shared some cases with the students : to remind teachers and students to brand safety awareness in the bottom of heart, "Do you know where is the security exit of the supermarket?" "Are your flammable items in your house where easy to catch fire?"
Safety is the basis of education so our school has always attached importance to safety education activities. The school aimed for raising awareness of teachers and students and mastering safety knowledge and escaping skills through the safety education boards, themed classes meeting, investigation on security risks, safety drill and other activities. Ability of self-help is improved and then security awareness rooted in the hearts of every teacher and student.
